Revenue Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help support the growth of our cross-functional revenue operations team. You will be responsible for mentoring a team of specialists to drive automation, process improvements, and data-driven insights across our Customer Success and Marketing teams while partnering with key stakeholders in our Data, Product Marketing, and Finance departments.

What You’ll Be doing:

  • Mentoring and developing the Unbounce Revenue operations team. 
  • Be a strategic partner to the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success management teams. 
  • Partnering with the data engineering team to provide support on setting up technical integrations between our data warehouse and our tooling (Segment, Salesforce, Pardot, Intercom, Drift).
  • Connecting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and Strategic Partnerships operations across the customer lifecycle to drive efficiency and scale effectively.
  • Ensure that we are properly tracking and measuring performance in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success related activities. 
  • Enabling a data-driven culture by democratizing data and ensuring data governance best practices are followed.

A Little Bit About You:

  • 3 years of Salesforce CRM administration experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of people management experience.
  • You have worked with Segment, Intercom, Zendesk, Pardot, Drift or similar tools in the past.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of customer success and sales operations best practices. 
  • A deep understanding of the SaaS business model.
  • You have a keen attention to detail.
  • You are a critical thinker and come prepared to deliver recommendations based on data.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are an excellent verbal and written communicator.
