Talent Acquisition Coordinator

You’ll be a Talent Acquisition coordinator by title, and a superstar in our hearts. Scheduling and being organized is a breeze for you, but that’s not where your talents end. You’ve got the go-getter attitude to run with our super fast hiring process, and support all facets of the Talent Acquisition Team and Candidate Experience.


What you’ll be doing:

  • You are the first impression for all our candidates - you are responsible for creating an exceptional candidate experience
  • Work with our recruiters and hiring teams for the scheduling of candidate interviews, phone screens, coffee chats, etc and any other recruitment meetings
  • Maintain our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with up to date information and find ways to optimize our usage
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, and Github)
  • Coordinate the hiring teams involvement and documentation with the recruitment and selection pipeline from start (job posting) to finish ( drafting job offer), ensuring timely decisions at each stage
  • Scan documents and upload them to our ATS  and coordinate with the hiring teams to make sure all notes have been submitted post chats/interviews.
  • Post all the jobs! You’ll work with all of our hiring managers to edit and post the jobs to our careers site
  • Work closely with the Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, Employer Branding  to stay organized and ensure all the “T’s” are crossed and that we’ve dotted all the “I’s”
  • Supporting sourcing efforts, by crafting  and sending  personalized recruiting emails that catch the attention of passive candidates
  • Promote our employer brand and partner with our Talent Acquisition Associate on project delivery and Recruitment events 


A little bit about you:

  • You're passionate about learning the ins and outs of recruitment and getting into the trenches with your team
  • Your'e an organizational wizard and love to find ways to organize the chaos 
  • You have experience working with candidates or customers, and understand how to prioritize your day with the customer or candidate in mind.  Ensuring a positive experience is always top of mind
  • You are a driven problem solver with a proactive gene that helps you see what is coming down the pipe and not only flag it but create or collaborate on flexible solutions as needed
  • Your written and oral communication skills are unparalleled. No one can say it (or type it!) quite like you can
  • You have an acute attention to detail that you're known as "Eagle Eye" around these parts
  • You can be totally self-directed, and know when you need to be flexible with changing  priorities and deadlines
  • You live the motto “One Team, One Dream” - no matter what needs to get done, you’re not just there, you’re excited, to lend a hand


What’s in it for you:

  • A remote friendly office with flexible hours - for this role we will consider all applications from those based in Canada with the option to work from our Vancouver office
