Supported within a team of other Engineering Managers and reporting to the senior Content Engineering Manager, you will operate as both a people manager and technical asset. You will be supporting and collaborating with our Engineering team responsible for our Content publishing and delivery team.
As a Engineering Manager for this team, your primary focus is on helping your team achieve its mission of helping other teams deliver customer value, and doing it with technology that makes us proud. On a daily basis, you will rely on your experience having coached and mentored developers at all levels. As an experienced technologist, you will help inform the building of performant, reliable and scalable systems, and guide the management of technical tradeoffs with your bigger picture thinking.
